Mount Faie 1.350 – day hike

This trek requires a medium-low effort, it is necessary to be in good shape and not sedentary. Practicing aerobic sports (running, cycling, swimming) is the best way to be ready for the hike. If you do not play sports normally, it is suitable to do a little training at least a couple of months before beginning this hike with at least a couple of hour walking up/downhill once a week. You should go hiking in your country with a 300 m minimum elevation gain.

A hike tends to be on trails through mountains or trails through bush or country terrain. Trails are usually visible paths, but terrain and trails are rougher and sometimes rocky. There may be some steep trails and it is important to read the features in each proposal. Hiking generally involves walking up and down rough terrain so you need to be in general in a good shape and fit.

A walk tends to be done on defined paths and reasonably smooth surfaces without too many obstacles in the way. Walking tends to not require any special equipment, other than a day pack with the essentials. Walks are shorter and can be enjoyed by any age group with relative fitness.

We suggest always bringing some food (you need to be on site with food already purchased) such as: a sandwich, a fruit or dried fruit and a litre of water.

The proposal includes the car trip with the guide from Milan. Therefore, the travel cost of the guide is included in the price you pay. The cost must be paid even if you do not take advantage of the car ride as the guide has to travel. By leaving Milan with your guide, you have the opportunity to travel at a truly advantageous cost and without time restrictions with means of transport

In case there is only one person on the chosen date, the hike is confirmed with a price increase of €25,00 to cover travel expenses and guide fee compensation.
